Chief Minister offers prayers at ‘Kashi Kotwal’ and Baba Vishwanath

Interacts with children and local shopkeepers, all greet their beloved Chief Minister with respect

Varanasi, 4 April : Gorakshapeethadhishwar and Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Saturday morning offered prayers at Baba Vishwanath and ‘Kashi Kotwal’ Kal Bhairav. After performing the rituals, the Chief Minister interacted with nearby shopkeepers and children and inquired about their well-being. He also blessed the children for a bright future.

Chief Minister had arrived in Kashi on Friday for a two-day visit. On Saturday morning, he visited Baba Kal Bhairav, offered prayers and performed aarti. While leaving, CM Yogi interacted with local shopkeepers and children. Everyone greeted their beloved Chief Minister with respect. People were delighted by his warm and approachable demeanor.

Chief Minister also visited Shri Kashi Vishwanath Dham. Entering the sanctum sanctorum, he performed Shodashopachar pujan and abhishek of Baba Vishwanath, praying for the welfare of all, and performed aarti.

While departing, he also greeted the devotees present there. In response, chants of ‘Har Har Mahadev’ echoed across the temple premises.

Along with the Chief Minister, Cabinet Ministers Rakesh Sachan and Anil Rajbhar, Minister of State Independent Charge Ravindra Jaiswal, Minister of State Sandeep Singh, and MLAs Neelkanth Tiwari, Sushil Singh and Avadhesh Singh also offered prayers.
