International Women’s Day Blood Donation Camp Held at BK Hospital by City Press Club Faridabad

Faridabad-  To mark International Women’s Day, the City Press Club, Faridabad, organized a blood donation camp at the BK Hospital Blood Bank. Women journalists, doctors, and social workers enthusiastically participated in the camp, donating blood, and spreading the message of service to society. Chief guests at the event included Jagjit Kaur Pannu, State President of the INLD Women’s Cell, Dr. Punita Hasija of the Haryana Indian Medical Association, Mamta Raghav, District President of the BJP Mahila Morcha, Sushma Yadav of the Badlaav Hamari Koshish Charitable Trust, Sushma of the Durga Shakti Police Team, and Hemlata, President of the Asha Workers Union.

Special guests included District Red Cross Society Secretary Bijendra Sarawat, Blood Bank Incharge Dr. Vikas Sharma, State President of the Sarva Karamchari Sangh Haryana Naresh Kumar Shastri, Congress leader Umesh Kaushik, Founder of the Sai Mitra Mandal Charitable Trust Narendra Jain, Vimal Khandelwal, and Ashok Kumar.

Camp coordinators Kavita Gaur and Radhika Bahl welcomed all the guests by presenting them bouquets and chunri. On this occasion, City Press Club Faridabad’s President Bijendra Bansal, General Secretary Rajesh Sharma, Patron Uttamraj and Rakesh Chaurasia encouraged the blood donors by giving them donor cards. A total of 35 men and women donated blood in the blood donation camp. Whereas 10 people could not donate blood due to lack of hemoglobin. The organizers said that blood donation is a great donation and it can save the lives of many needy patients.

On this occasion, Rajesh Das, Bhola Pandey, Sunil Gaur, Omprakash Panchal, Abhishek Sharma, Gulab Singh, Mahavir Khandelwal, Manish Sharma, Anil Mehta, Manoj Khatri, Naresh Narula, Jogendra Sharma, Ajay Verma, Jai Kumar Gola, Shivani, Santosh, Sangeeta, Anurag, Jyoti, Sudhir Verma, Raju Panchal, Sardar Kuldeep Singh, Parvinder Rajpal, Madhu, Dinesh, Soeb Saifi, Nursing Officer Babita, Sunny from Public Relations Department, Satpal Khatri and Sanjeev Kushwaha along with many others were present.
