Booth Bookings are open for WAVES Bazar under WaveX at IFFI Goa 2025

New Delhi, November 6, 2025: The Ministry of Information and Broadcasting has officially announced the launch of booth bookings for WaveX Booths — the dedicated startup pavilion at WAVES Bazaar, taking place during the 56th International Film Festival of India (IFFI) in Goa from 20th to 24th November 2025.

Organized under the WaveX Startup Accelerator Initiative, this platform is designed to spotlight innovative startups from India’s rapidly growing AVGC-XR (Animation, Visual Effects, Gaming, Comics, and Extended Reality) and media-tech sectors, offering them an opportunity to engage with global film, media, and technology leaders.

Situated near Film Bazaar, the premier networking hub at IFFI known for drawing filmmakers, producers, and creative professionals from around the world, WAVES Bazaar promises unmatched visibility and collaboration opportunities for participating startups.

Each booth is priced at a nominal Rs. 30,000 (on a shared basis), and includes:

  • Two Delegate Passes

  • Complimentary Lunch & High Tea

  • Evening Networking Sessions

  • Direct Exposure to Global Industry Professionals

Established in 1952, the International Film Festival of India (IFFI) is among Asia’s most prestigious film festivals, celebrating the best of world cinema and fostering collaboration among filmmakers and cinephiles. The 56th edition of IFFI will be hosted in Panaji, Goa, from 20th to 28th November 2025.

WaveX is a flagship national accelerator and incubation program under the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Government of India. It focuses on supporting innovation, entrepreneurship, and capacity-building in the creative and digital media ecosystem through partnerships with leading academic institutions, industry stakeholders, and incubators.
