Noida | January 12, 2026- A Stakeholder Consultation Workshop was organised on Monday for the development of a state-of-the-art Fintech Hub proposed in Sector 11 of the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) region, near the upcoming Noida International Airport.
The proposed Fintech Hub, spread over approximately 250 acres in Gautam Budh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, is currently at the Detailed Project Report (DPR) preparation stage. The consultancy for the project is being undertaken by Cushman & Wakefield. Key aspects such as land use planning, connectivity, economic development, and social infrastructure are being carefully evaluated during the DPR process.


The workshop, held at Hotel Le Méridien (Desire Hall), was chaired by Rakesh Kumar Singh (IAS), Chief Executive Officer, YEIDA. Senior officers including Nagendra Pratap (IAS), Additional CEO, YEIDA, Shailendra Kumar Bhatia (IAS), Additional CEO, YEIDA, and Rajesh Kumar (IAS), Additional CEO, YEIDA, also participated and shared valuable inputs.
Stakeholders from the SaaS, Insurance, and Banking sectors, along with real estate developers, attended the workshop. Participants provided key insights on the development model, regulatory framework, and the infrastructure ecosystem required to ensure smooth and efficient functioning of the proposed Fintech Hub.

YEIDA officials stated that the suggestions and recommendations received during the consultation will be duly examined and considered for incorporation into the final Detailed Project Report (DPR) and Detailed Financial Report (DFR).
Reiterating its commitment, the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority emphasised that the final DPR/DFR will focus on economic vibrancy, global competitiveness, and quality of life, while integrating appropriate stakeholder feedback to make the Fintech Hub a benchmark project in the region.
