PM to Distribute Over 51,000 Appointment Letters Under Rozgar Mela on 12th July
Rozgar Mela reinforces Government’s commitment to employment generation, empowering youth through nationwide recruitment across key ministries and departments.
The Impressive TimesNew Delhi | July 11, 2025 — In line with the Government’s continued focus on employment generation, the Prime Minister Narendra Modi will distribute more than 51,000 appointment letters to newly inducted personnel in various Central Government Departments and Organisations on 12th July 2025 at approximately 11:00 AM via video conferencing. The Prime Minister will also address the appointees during the event.
The Rozgar Mela represents a significant step towards the fulfilment of the Prime Minister’s commitment to providing employment opportunities to the youth and empowering them to actively contribute to the process of nation building.
So far, over 10 lakh appointment letters have been issued through Rozgar Melas conducted across the country.
This 16th edition of the Rozgar Mela will be held at 47 locations nationwide, facilitating recruitments across multiple Ministries and Departments of the Government of India. The new recruits—selected from across the country—will be joining various departments including the Ministry of Railways, Ministry of Home Affairs, Department of Posts, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Department of Financial Services, and the Ministry of Labour and Employment, among others.
