Appropriate Action Being Taken on CM Window Complaints – DC Vishram Kumar Meena

Nuh District Ranked First in the State Last Month for Grievance Redressal

Nuh, April 8:DC Vishram Kumar Meena has said that Haryana Government’s good governance and e-governance services are ensuring prompt and appropriate benefits to the public. Most tasks are being carried out through online systems to save time and maintain digital records. Complaints received from Nuh district on the CM Window portal are being resolved promptly and within the government’s stipulated timeframe. As a result, Nuh district ranked first on the CM Window portal several times in the month of March across the entire state. Specifically, on the 24th and 17th of the previous month, as well as on several other occasions, the district secured the first or second position.

He further explained that complaints related to various departments are received on the CM portal, which must be addressed within a fixed time by the concerned departments and an Action Taken Report (ATR) must be uploaded to the portal. In the months of February and March, departments under the district administration worked diligently, resolving complaints appropriately and uploading timely ATRs. Due to this performance, Nuh district consistently ranked among the top in the state.

The Deputy Commissioner also mentioned that he personally reviews the complaints received on the CM Window portal and assured that all matters will continue to be dealt with swiftly and appropriately in the future.

He added that in addition to the CM Window, under the expansion of e-governance services, file movement through the e-Office system has been re-initiated. From January 1, 2025, movement of all files in the offices of the Deputy Commissioner, SDMs, NIC, and other relevant departments has resumed on the e-Office portal. This aims to facilitate transparent and paperless functioning in all offices and branches in a swift and simple manner.

Since the restart of file movement from January 1, 2025, the number of files moved has reached thousands. Over the past three months, around 3,375 files were forwarded, 3,372 files were received, 1,036 files were appropriately acted upon and closed, and approximately 246 new files were created. The e-Office system helps maintain records properly and also prepares a digital database of files, thus bringing transparency into government work.
