The Impressive TimesNEW DELHI, 03 APRIL 2025: On 02.04.2025, HC Ved Priya, HC Pradeep, and Ct. Sachin were on area patrol when they received secret information about a suspect roaming near the railway line underpass at Pratap Khand, Delhi, possibly armed and planning a crime. The alert staff quickly responded and reached the location, where they spotted a suspicious individual attempting to flee. A lengthy chase ensued, and the staff successfully apprehended the suspect. Upon searching the accused, identified as 24-year-old Ashwani, also known as Lokesh from Janta Colony, Vivek Vihar, Delhi, they recovered a country-made pistol with two live cartridges. Consequently, a case was registered at PS Vivek Vihar under FIR No. 173/25, dated 02.04.2025, for violating Sections 25/54/59 of the Arms Act, and the accused was arrested.
INTERROGATION: –
• During interrogation at length, accused found a BC of PS Vivek Vihar.
