Noida Vasant Utsav Flower Show 2025 Opens with Enthusiastic Crowds

Noida: The much-anticipated Vasant Utsav Flower Show 2025 commenced with grandeur on February 20, transforming Noida into a fragrant paradise of colors and creativity. The “Flower Show 2025” (Vasant Utsav) organized by Noida Authority was inaugurated with lightning the inaugural lamp by MP Dr. Mahesh Sharma (Former Minister, Government of India) in the presence of Chief Executive Officer, Noida Lokesh M and other officials. The event is being held at the Helipad Ground in Shivalik Park, Sector 33A, and will continue to enchant visitors until February 23, 2025.

This year’s theme draws inspiration from the Maha Kumbh, with visitors entering through a grand floral gateway. A 30-35 ft model of Kashi Vishwanath Temple will be the main attraction of the show. The event is free for all and will be open daily from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM. With over 350 floral entries and more than 40 stalls, this year’s Vasant Utsav is expected to surpass the scale of previous editions.

The inaugural day witnessed an overwhelming response, with thousands of flower enthusiasts, families, and tourists flocking to the venue to admire the breathtaking floral displays and vibrant cultural performances. The show’s opening ceremony, marked by the judging of meticulously crafted flower exhibits, set the tone for the festivities ahead.

Visitors were captivated by a series of engaging activities, including classical music performances, blossom arrangement contests, and vegetable sculpting sessions. Art lovers found inspiration in the flash painting competition, scheduled for February 23, which promises to add a splash of creativity to the floral extravaganza.

Beyond the blooms, the festival offers a rich cultural experience. Highlights include a mesmerizing fusion band performance, traditional Indian dance showcases, and a Kavi Sammelan that left poetry lovers spellbound. The grand laser show planned for the final day is expected to provide a dazzling conclusion to this spectacular celebration.
