Bhopal: At the World Economic Forum 2026 in Davos, the Madhya Pradesh government on Wednesday signed an important Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with DP World, a leading UAE-based global logistics and supply chain company.
The MoU was signed in the presence of Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav. Additional Chief Secretary Neeraj Mandaloi signed the agreement on behalf of the Madhya Pradesh government, while DP World was represented by its Chief Executive Officer and Finance and Business Development Officer, Anil Mohta. DP World Group Chairman Sultan Ahmed Bin Sulayem was also present. Under the MoU, DP World has agreed to explore investment and cooperation opportunities in Madhya Pradesh, with a focus on logistics infrastructure, industrial development and supply chain connectivity.
The collaboration aims to link the state more closely with national and global supply networks. On the occasion, Chief Minister Mohan Yadav highlighted the state’s industrial policies, investment-friendly environment and improving infrastructure. Senior officials from both sides attended the event, and the MoU documents were formally exchanged. The agreement is expected to play a key role in developing Madhya Pradesh as a major hub for logistics and trade.
