Government Orders CBI Probe and Cancels UGC-NET Exam 2024 Due to Integrity Concerns

The government has canceled the UGC-NET June 2024 examination. Later on, there will be another assessment, for which the data will be provided individually.

The exam has been canceled because the Indian Cyber Crime Coordination Center’s feedback suggested that there may have been a compromise to the exam’s integrity. The Central Bureau of inquiry will conduct a comprehensive inquiry into the incident.

The UGC-NET June 2024 Examination was administered by the National Testing Agency (NTA) on Tuesday in two shifts at various locations around the nation. The Ministry of Home Affairs’ National Cyber Crime Threat Analytics Unit of the Indian Cyber Crime Coordination Centre (I4C) provided the University Grants Commission (UGC) with some feedback on the Examination.
