Shahid Kapoor and Mira Rajput enjoy a sun-soaked escape in Lake Como

Rome [Italy], August 18, 2026; Bollywood actor Shahid Kapoor and his wife Mira Rajput are making the most of their summer break in Italy, sharing glimpses of their relaxed holiday against the stunning backdrop of Lake Como.

Mira recently gave followers a peek into the couple’s European vacation through a collection of photographs posted on social media. The pictures capture her enjoying a leisurely boat ride across the famous Italian lake, surrounded by its picturesque scenery.

Dressed in a floral summer outfit and accessorised with sunglasses and a hat, Mira appeared to be in a relaxed holiday mood. One of the photographs also featured Shahid, who was seen enjoying the boat trip alongside his wife.

Mira summed up the spirit of the getaway with the caption “La Dolce Vita essentials”, reflecting the couple’s laid-back Italian vacation.

The post attracted considerable attention from fans and members of the entertainment industry. Actor Samantha Ruth Prabhu showed her appreciation for the photographs, while stylist Anaita Shroff Adajania reacted with heart emojis. Several fans also welcomed the rare glimpse of Shahid and Mira together.

Shahid and Mira tied the knot in Delhi on July 7, 2015. The couple later became parents to daughter Misha, born in 2016, and son Zain, who arrived in 2018.

Away from their holiday, Shahid continues to have a busy professional schedule. The actor was recently featured in Homi Adajania’s romantic drama ‘Cocktail 2‘, sharing screen space with Kriti Sanon and Rashmika Mandanna.

The film explores relationships, friendship and commitment through the story of Kunal and Diya, whose romantic getaway takes an unexpected turn after they encounter Diya’s friend Ally.

Shahid is also preparing to return as Sunny in the second season of the popular streaming series ‘Farzi’. The actor has previously described the role as one of the most memorable characters of his career and has expressed enthusiasm about continuing the story.

The upcoming season reunites Shahid with creators Raj Nidimoru and Krishna DK and is expected to take the counterfeiting drama into a new phase. The first season, released in 2023, marked Shahid’s debut in the digital streaming space and featured Vijay Sethupathi, Raashii Khanna, Kay Kay Menon and Bhuvan Arora among others.

For now, however, Shahid and Mira appear to be taking a break from their packed schedules, with their Lake Como escape offering fans a glimpse of their time together away from the spotlight.
