PM Modi Hails ISRO After Successful GSLV-F17 Launch Carrying EOS-05

PM Modi congratulated ISRO on the successful GSLV-F17 launch carrying EOS-05 and highlighted India’s growing space and industry capabilities.

New Delhi-  Prime Minister Narendra Modi has congratulated the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) on the successful launch of GSLV-F17, which carried the EOS-05 imaging satellite into space.

Calling the achievement a proud moment for the country, the Prime Minister said the mission demonstrates India’s expanding capabilities in space technology, along with the innovation and technical expertise being developed within the sector.

The successful GSLV-F17 mission carried EOS-05, described by the Prime Minister as India’s first-ever imaging satellite from Geosynchronous orbit.

Prime Minister Modi said the achievement reflects the growing strength of India’s space programme and the country’s progress in developing advanced space capabilities.

The Prime Minister also highlighted the increasing collaboration between ISRO and Indian industry, saying that the partnership is helping expand the scale and capabilities of India’s space ecosystem.

He noted that greater participation by domestic industry is strengthening the country’s overall space programme and widening capabilities across different areas of the sector.
