Dehradun, May 20, 2026: Vice-President of India C. P. Radhakrishnan on Tuesday paid heartfelt tributes to former Union Minister and former Uttarakhand Chief Minister Major General B. C. Khanduri at his residence in Dehradun.
Remembering the late leader, the Vice-President described Major General Khanduri as an extraordinary statesman, a distinguished soldier and an experienced administrator who dedicated his life to the service of the nation and public welfare.

The Vice-President said that Major General Khanduri made remarkable contributions towards strengthening India’s road infrastructure and improving national connectivity, leaving behind a lasting legacy in the country’s development journey.
He noted that the former Union Minister’s efforts in infrastructure development and governance would continue to inspire future generations.
