Kanhaiya Mittal’s Bhajans Draw Thousands at ‘Ek Shaam Sanwariya Ke Naam’ in Faridabad

Faridabad: Thousands of devotees gathered at the HUDA Ground in Sector-17 for the devotional programme “Ek Shaam Sanwariya Ke Naam”, organised by former Political Secretary to former Chief Minister and Union Minister Manohar Lal and senior BJP leader Ajay Gaur, along with Jai Shri Ram Mitra Mandal, on the occasion of Hindu New Year Vikram Samvat 2083. The programme began with the ceremonial lighting of the lamp by Rahul Sharma (Sunny Bhaiya), grandson of Brahmaleen Guru Maa Savitri Bai Ji. Renowned bhajan singer Kanhaiya Mittal captivated the audience with popular bhajans dedicated to Khatu Shyam Baba, including “Haara Hoon Baba Par Tujhpe Bharosa Hai,” “O Sanware Mujhe Teri Zarurat Hai,” “Gajab Mere Khatu Wale,” and “Hum Haare Ke Sahare.” Devotees were seen dancing and singing along during the devotional evening. Artists Shubham-Rupam from Kolkata and Shri Ram Pandey from Kanpur also presented bhajans and enthralled the audience.

The programme was attended and blessed by Shrimad Jagadguru Ramanujacharya Swami Shri Purushottamacharya Ji Maharaj of Shri Siddhdata Ashram. Prominent attendees included Union Minister of State Krishan Pal Gurjar, Haryana Assembly Dy Speaker Krishan Lal Middha, Pawan Jindal, Haryana Cabinet Minister Vipul Goel, Minister of State Rajesh Nagar, Gaurav Gautam, former Cabinet Minister Pt. Moolchand Sharma, Mayor Praveen Batra Joshi, and MLAs Harendra Ramratan, Krishna Kumar, Kunwar Singh Yadav, Satish Fagna and Dhanesh Adlakha, who offered prayers at the darbar of Shyam Baba. Addressing the gathering, Union MoS Krishan Pal Gurjar and Dy Speaker Krishan Lal Middha praised Ajay Gaur and his team for organising such religious event and said that such initiatives during Navratri help promote spiritual values and prosperity in society. Ajay Gaur said faith is supreme for every Sanatani and promoting one’s religion is everyone’s responsibility.

He said the programme has been organised for several years on the Hindu New Year with the blessings of Shyam Baba to strengthen faith and cultural values. He added that such devotional gatherings provide peace of mind and spiritual knowledge in today’s busy life.
