Jhajjar: On the second day of the three-day World Peace Mahayagya 2026, a large number of devotees gathered at the Mata Bhimeshwari Devi Temple complex in Beri and actively participated in the havan rituals at Baba Budhpur Park. Haryana BJP State President Mohan Lal Badoli and Jhajjar CP Dr Rajshree Singh attended the event and offered oblations. The programme was organised by Dr Jacqueline Jindal, who welcomed the chief guests and briefed them about the program. Earlier, the dignitaries offered prayers at the temple. Addressing the gathering, Mohan Lal Badoli said such Mahayagyas promote global peace, purify the environment and spread positivity, urging people of Beri to participate in large numbers. Referring to the idea of “the world as one family,” he called it a step towards unity, brotherhood and harmony.

CP Dr Rajshree Singh termed the event a meaningful initiative, saying true peace comes from both security and inner harmony. Organiser Dr Jacqueline Jindal said such events generate positive energy, strengthen spiritual awareness and promote social unity. Among those present were BJP District President Vikas Valmiki, State Spokesperson Rajkumar Kataria, Municipal Council Chairman Zile Singh Saini, Pawan Jindal, CA Nitin Bansal, former Gaushala President Rajeev Mittal, social worker Dinesh Sharma Bittu, ACP Anil Kumar, SHO Vikas Kadian and several other dignitaries and citizens.
