Instructions Issued for Coordinated Execution .Preparations for the divisional-level program under the Jharkhand Chief Minister Maiya Samman Yojana, which involves the distribution of honorarium funds, are in their final stages. Senior officials have been continuously monitoring the preparations at the event venue. In this context, Deputy Commissioner Mr. Rahul Kumar Sinha, Director of Information and Public Relations Department Mr. Rajeev Lochan Bakshi, and Senior Superintendent of Police Mr. Chandan Kumar Sinha inspected the venue. Sub-Divisional Officer, Sadar Mr. Utkarsh Gupta, District Public Relations Officer Mrs. Urvashi Pandey, and other concerned officials were also present during the inspection.
Seating Arrangement for Beneficiaries in an Area of 300,000 Square Feet Beneficiaries from five districts will participate in the divisional-level program. A seating arrangement has been made for the beneficiaries in an area of 300,000 square feet at the event venue, Training Ground, Khojatoli, Namkum. Deputy Commissioner Mr. Rahul Kumar Sinha stated that the program is scheduled from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM. Adequate arrangements have been made for the convenience of the beneficiaries arriving from the five districts of the division. Separate enclosures have been created for different districts at the venue, where the beneficiaries will take their designated seats under the guidance of the respective district officials, Anganwadi workers, helpers, and women from self-help groups. Drinking water arrangements will be provided in each enclosure, and necessary instructions have been given by the Deputy Commissioner regarding arrangements for food, parking, media, etc.
Three Entry Gates at the Venue
Three entry gates have been constructed at the venue for the beneficiaries to enter. Metal detectors will be used to screen individuals at each gate. Deputy Commissioner Mr. Rahul Kumar Sinha informed that more than 100 magistrates and over 2,000 police personnel have been deployed to ensure law and order at the venue.
Routes Designated for Buses
Routes have been designated for buses carrying beneficiaries from various blocks of Ranchi district and other districts to the divisional-level program under the Jharkhand Chief Minister Maiya Samman Yojana. Necessary instructions have been issued to the concerned Block Development Officers and district-level officials to prevent any traffic congestion. The Deputy Commissioner advised visitors to use the Ring Road to avoid any potential traffic jams in the city.
Instructions Issued for Coordinated Execution
To ensure the successful execution of the divisional-level program under the Jharkhand Chief Minister Maiya Samman Yojana, Deputy Commissioner Mr. Rahul Kumar Sinha instructed the deployed police and administrative officials to work in coordination. He emphasized that everyone should adhere to their designated duties at their respective locations. He expressed confidence that with everyone’s cooperation and coordination, the program will be a grand success.
