Faridabad : The participants of Classes XI and XII from Jiva Public School,brought laurels to their school by securing First and Second positions at the prestigious inter-school competition “Extravaganza” organized by Frank Anthony Public School, Delhi.
The multifaceted competition, featuring participation from nearly 14 leading schools across the NCR region, showcased creativity across art, history, science, and performing arts. Jiva participants competed in two key categories – “Symbiosis” (Science Competition) and “Echoes of Time” (Poetry-Drama Presentation) – delivering exceptional performances in both.

Jiva participants clinched the First Prize in Symbiosis.
The theme for the science event was “Exploring Life Beyond the Blue Planet”, where participants were asked to present the possibilities of extraterrestrial life using scientific research, modern technology, and imagination.
Jiva Contestants Ansh Kumar and Soumay Manderna impressed the judges with a research-based 3D PowerPoint presentation, combining visual simulations and factual scientific analysis. Their innovative approach, scientific depth, and engaging presentation style earned them high praise from the panel of judges.
Second Prize was bagged by Jiva Participants in “Echoes of Time”
In the poetry-drama segment, Echoes of Time the Jiva team presented “1857: The Spark of Rebellion”, a compelling portrayal of India’s First War of Independence. The participants ,Sahiba Chawla,Yash Dahiya, Yashika Yadav,Himangi Narula,Rishika Kashyap,Yashvi Singh,Kanishka Nagar,Ananya Singh, Charvi Tyagi and Harshit Shrivastava portrayed different characters with their mesmerising performance.Through powerful dialogues, emotional depth, and artistic stagecraft, students brought to life iconic historical figures such as Mangal Pandey, Rani Lakshmibai, Bahadur Shah Zafar, and Tatya Tope, capturing the audience’s imagination and evoking patriotism. The remarkable performance in the senior category was spell- bounding.
With these outstanding achievements, Jiva Public School once again demonstrated its commitment to fostering creativity, critical thinking, and excellence in inter-school platforms.
