Singh was honoured with Shaheed Bhagat Singh International Gaurav Ratna Samman 2025 for his dedicated and excellent contribution in the field of education, culture and environment, in the Shaheed Bhagat Singh Ji Se Dosti – “Mera Rang De Basanti Chola” World Record program organized at Shah Auditorium, Raj Niwas Marg, Delhi under the joint aegis of Udaan Ek Pahal Foundation and Shaheed Bhagat Singh Brigade. Dr. R. N. Singh was bestowed this honor by Dr. Yadvinder Singh Sandhu, National President of Shaheed Bhagat Singh Brigade and grandson of Shaheed-e-Azam Bhagat Singh ji. On this occasion, National President of Shaheed Bhagat Singh Brigade Dr. Yadvinder Singh Sandhu said that I have always seen Dr. R. N.
