YEIDA concludes successful E-Auction for prime group housing plots

High stakes and active participation in the auctions point to a promising future for real estate along the Yamuna Expressway

Greater Noida , 12 July , 2024- In an exciting development for the real estate sector, the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) successfully concluded the e-auction for two prime group housing plots under the YEA-GH-07/2024 scheme. The auction attracted significant interest from top developers, highlighting the growing demand for prime real estate in the region. The first plot, numbered GH-01A/1, located in Sector 22D and spanning 40,000 square meters, witnessed a highly competitive bidding process. M/s. Purvanchal Projects Private Limited emerged as the highest bidder, offering an impressive Rs. 149.57 crore (Rs. 1,49,57,46,000). This bid significantly surpassed the reserve price of Rs. 142.45 crore (Rs. 1,42,45,20,000). M/s. AAS Infracity Developers Private Limited secured the second-highest bid, showcasing the intense competition for this coveted plot. The second plot, numbered GH-01A/2, also located in Sector 22D and covering 20,000 square meters, saw M/s.

Eldeco Infrastructure & Properties Limited making the highest bid of Rs. 96,86,73,000. This bid was significantly higher than the initial reserve price of Rs. 71,22,60,000, indicating robust investor confidence in the potential of this location. M/s. Arihant Buildcon Private Limited came in with the second-highest bid. These successful auctions underscore the growing attractiveness of the Yamuna Expressway region as a prime destination for real estate development. The substantial bids reflect the confidence of leading developers in the potential for growth and development in this strategically located area. With such high stakes and active participation, the future of real estate along the Yamuna Expressway looks promising.
