Efficient Resolution for Electricity Supply: P.C. Meena

Faridabad, June 6, 2024: Managing Director P.C. Meena chaired the Operational Review Meeting (ORM) of South Haryana Electricity Distribution Corporation Faridabad with supervising engineers and executive engineers.

He instructed all officials to promptly address any obstacles in electricity supply and resolve issues within minimum time. If there’s any delay in resolving supply disruptions for any reason, it should be investigated and rectified.

Attention should be paid to consumers’ interests and the quality of electricity supply. Necessary teams, technical equipment, transformers, etc., should be kept ready while ensuring swift resolution of supply disruptions.

The Managing Director ordered for swift resolution of breakdowns in electricity supply.

He directed for quality resolution of electricity-related complaints and issues, considering consumers’ satisfaction and their conveniences.

In this meeting, all ongoing works aimed at providing better facilities and ensuring timely electricity supply to consumers were reviewed.

During the Operational Review Meeting (ORM) of Faridabad Operation Circle, officers assessed the progress of work on essential points related to consumer welfare. They reviewed the progress of officers at divisional and circle levels for improvement and enhancement.

Chief Engineer of DHBVBN, Vineeta Singh, and SE Faridabad Naresh Kakkar, along with all executive engineers of Faridabad Operation, were present in the meeting.
