New Delhi: 10 September 2025 – At the Bharatiya Janata Party headquarters on Wednesday, Delhi’s Minister for Social Welfare, SC/ST Welfare, Cooperation & Elections, Ravinder Indraj Singh, held a meaningful dialogue with representatives of hospital employees’ unions of the Delhi Government in the presence of Lal Singh Arya, National President of BJP SC Morcha, and V. Satish, National Organizer.
During the meeting, employees presented their problems and long-pending issues in detail. Minister Ravinder Indraj Singh listened to them seriously and assured that the government will take every possible step to fulfill their genuine demands and rightful expectations.

The hospital employees’ unions raised issues related to service conditions, workplace environment, and pending matters. They also highlighted the need to ensure dignity and respect for their work, resolve issues neglected by previous governments, and improve workplace facilities and safety.
Minister Ravinder Indraj Singh stated that ending the neglect and apathy of previous governments and ensuring justice for employees is the government’s top priority. The Delhi Government is committed to safeguarding the interests of employees and improving their working conditions.
Representatives of the hospital employees’ unions described the dialogue as positive and welcomed the initiative of the government. They expressed confidence that their issues would soon be resolved.
