Faridabad: Haryana State Commission For Women Chairperson, Renu Bhatia, conducted a public hearing on women-related complaints at the Mini Secretariat, Sector-12, Faridabad. A total of 42 cases from Faridabad and Palwal districts were presented, out of which 40 were heard, while 2 mutual dispute cases were resolved on the spot. During the hearing, women raised issues of domestic violence, family disputes, and personal conflicts. Chairperson Renu Bhatia carefully heard each grievance and directed concerned departmental and police officials to take necessary action. She emphasized that protecting women’s rights and ensuring justice is the commission’s top priority.

She further stated that the commission is committed to providing legal aid, counseling, and guidance to women. She instructed officials to resolve complaints swiftly and impartially and assured continuous monitoring of all cases to ensure justice for victims. The hearing was attended by DCP Usha Devi, district administration officials, and police representatives. Upon receiving a complaint, the commission will contact the woman, summon her for a hearing, and provide complete assistance.
