The Impressive TimesFaridabad– The Investiture Ceremony of the Primary Segment of D.A.V. Public School, Sector-37, Faridabad for the academic Session 2025–2026 was held on 24th July, 2025 with great zeal and enthusiasm. The programme began with the auspicious chanting of the Gayatri Mantra followed by the D.A.V. Anthem, which filled everyone with pride.
The event was graced by the esteemed presence of Dr. Shalini Jha, our Chief Guest, our School alumni.
The much-awaited Investiture Ceremony commenced with the distribution of badges and sashes to the newly elected Head Boy, Vice Head Boy, Head Girl, Vice Head Girl and Council Members. The young leaders took the solemn Oath to perform their duties with dedication and sincerity.
A thoughtful presentation on the topic of leadership was also showcased by the talented students, highlighting the true meaning of being a responsible leader through speeches, role plays, and inspiring thoughts. A melodious choir performance, and an energetic solo Lavani dance added colour to the celebration. Winners of the Inter School Competitions, Cubs & Bulbul Scouts and other achievers were also felicitated with prizes.
The Principal, Deepti Jagota addressed the gathering, motivating the students to strive for excellence and uphold the values of the school.
The programme concluded with the National Anthem, Samapan Geet and Jai Ghosh.
The event was a grand success, instilling leadership qualities and a sense of responsibility among the young D.A.V. students.
The Supervisory Head, Adarsh Sharma, appreciated the efforts of the young leaders and encouraged them to carry out their responsibilities with honesty and dedication.
