New Delhi: The Uttar Pradesh Pavilion at Bharat Mandapam, Pragati Maidan, turned into a major attraction on Sunday as the state celebrated Uttar Pradesh Day during the 44th India International Trade Fair. Alongside several state departments, the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) set up a prominent stall inside Hall No. 2, displaying its flagship development projects. The pavilion was inaugurated by Rakesh Sachan, Minister for MSME, Khadi and Village Industries, Silk, Handloom and Textiles, who lit the ceremonial lamp. The minister then toured various MSME and ODOP stalls, interacting with exhibitors and reviewing product displays.

At the YEIDA stall, Senior Staff Officer Nand Kishor Sundariyal welcomed the minister with a bouquet and briefed him about the authority’s expanding industrial landscape. Assistant Manager (Marketing) Abhimanyu Singh was also present during the interaction. Under the guidance of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath and the leadership of YEIDA CEO Rakesh Kumar Singh, the authority is accelerating industrial growth across the Yamuna Expressway region. The stall showcased key upcoming projects, including detailed information on the Noida International Airport, Semiconductor Parks planned in Sectors 28 and 10, the proposed Fintech City in Sector 11, the International Film City project in Sector 21, and dedicated zones for MSMEs, Toy Park, Apparel Park and Electronic Manufacturing. The YEIDA pavilion witnessed a steady stream of visitors throughout the day, emerging as one of the most visited stalls at the trade fair.
