Trust in CM Yogi’s justice spreads beyond Uttar Pradesh via ‘Janata Darshan’

Lucknow, May 6: Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath’s ‘Janata Darshan’ has become a beacon of hope not only for the people of Uttar Pradesh but also for those from other states. Individuals from across India are now turning to CM Yogi with their grievances, confident that their voices will be heard and action taken.

From October 2024 to April 2025, a total of 65 complainants from outside Uttar Pradesh met CM Yogi during ‘Janata Darshan’ held either at his official residence in Lucknow or during his visits to Gorakhpur. These visitors came from states including Bihar, Telangana, Uttarakhand, Himachal Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh, Odisha, and Assam. Each of them presented their issues directly to the Chief Minister, who instructed his office to reach out to the relevant authorities in the concerned states for prompt resolution.

What sets CM Yogi’s approach apart is his hands-on involvement. At every ‘Janata Darshan’, he personally meets the petitioners, listens to their problems, and ensures that necessary action is taken. His intervention has become a model of responsive governance, inspiring trust not only among the people of Uttar Pradesh but across state borders. Many of those who receive help return to express their gratitude, often stating, “Yogi hai toh yakeen hai”.

In the first week of February, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath visited Uttarakhand. During his visit, Mahendra Singh Negi, a former soldier from Vithyani village in Pauri Garhwal, handed over a request letter to him. Another letter regarding the upgrade of the ANM center in Thangar Gram Panchayat was also submitted. A local resident, Ruchi, requested financial help for medical treatment, whereas, Rupchandra Lakhera, head of a temple committee in Yamkeshwar block, gave a petition for road construction.

CM Yogi took note of all these requests and forwarded them to the Uttarakhand administration, requesting officials to ensure justice for the people.

Many people have approached CM Yogi with appeals for fee waivers, medical aid, police assistance, education support, temple construction, and family disputes. Preetu Sahu from Rajgarh Kothar in Sidhi, Madhya Pradesh, requested help for treatment of a serious illness. Priyam Preeti from Madhopur block in West Champaran, Bihar, asked for financial aid from the relief fund.

Similarly, people from Odisha and Bihar submitted requests for temple restoration. Citizens from Telangana, Himachal Pradesh, and Haryana also brought their concerns. A student, Nishtha Sahani, appealed for a fee waiver in Rajasthan. CM Yogi listened to each of these concerns and ensured they were sent to the respective state authorities for necessary action.
