Lucknow, September 11, 2025 – The Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (MSDE) announced the third edition of Kaushal Mahotsav – Lucknow 2025, scheduled for 16–17 September at Colvin Taluqdars’ College Grounds, Lucknow. The event will be graced by Rajnath Singh, Jayant Chaudhary, and Yogi Adityanath.

The two-day Mahotsav will host 100+ reputed companies and institutions, offering opportunities in 20+ sectors including Automotive, Electronics, Logistics, BFSI, Healthcare, Aerospace, and Green Jobs. Over 35,000 opportunities have been identified nationally, with 7,500+ jobs and apprenticeships specifically for Lucknow. Special emphasis will be given to apprenticeships for ITI pass-outs, diploma holders, and graduates, with 6,900+ positions available.
Leading Defence CPSUs like BHEL, BEL, HAL, BEML, Hindustan Shipyard, and Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders will participate, providing strong industry linkages and large-scale recruitment. Candidates will also access digital skilling and apprenticeship programs, career guidance, and registration for IndiaSkills competitions through the Skill India Digital Hub. Interactive skill zones will showcase emerging technologies and future-ready careers.

With 100+ companies and 7,500+ jobs, we are preparing youth not just for today’s workforce but for the economy of tomorrow.” Salary packages range from ₹13,000–₹20,000 per month, with many roles offering ₹20,000–₹25,000 or more.
The Mahotsav will highlight AI, Data Analytics, Drone Technology, Electric Mobility, and Cybersecurity, alongside IndiaSkills 2025 registrations. Since 2018–19, over 3.21 lakh youth in Uttar Pradesh have benefitted from apprenticeships under the National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme.
The event aligns with initiatives like One District One Product (ODOP), MSME clusters, Defence Industrial Corridor, and Indian Institute of Skills, Kanpur, connecting local talent to industry and positioning Uttar Pradesh as a hub for skilled professionals.
