New Delhi: Chief Minister Rekha Gupta, while addressing the gathering during the Sindoor Yatra, stated that the event is not just a religious or ceremonial procession but a powerful tribute from the women of India to the nation’s armed forces.

She said that under Operation Sindoor, Indian soldiers have courageously protected the dignity and honor of the country’s daughters and sisters, an act that fills every Indian with immense pride.

Highlighting the government’s strong response to terrorism, the Chief Minister said, “Under the leadership of Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, our armed forces launched a bold and decisive strike on Pakistan, successfully destroying every terrorist base. This operation stands as a testament to India’s zero tolerance towards terrorism.”

Expressing gratitude on behalf of the women of the nation, she added, “I offer my heartfelt thanks to our armed forces, bow in respect, and salute their unmatched bravery.”

The Sindoor Yatra witnessed an emotional and patriotic display of unity, with thousands of women participating to honor the armed forces and celebrate their sacrifices.
