Nuh– Deputy Commissioner Vishram Kumar Meena chaired a review meeting with principals of 13 Government Model Sanskriti Senior Secondary Schools in Nuh district, emphasizing the need to enhance academic performance, increase student enrolment, and improve examination results.

During the meeting, the Deputy Commissioner directed all principals to take proactive steps to raise the education standards in their schools. He highlighted that these model schools are already performing well, and with sustained efforts, they can further boost student numbers. He encouraged principals to instill confidence in parents by assuring them that these government schools provide quality education that rivals or even surpasses private institutions.

DC Meena reviewed the academic performance, student registration status, and board examination results of each school. He urged school heads to set a target of ensuring that the maximum number of students score 90% or above in their board exams. He added that exams in the district will now be conducted without any malpractice, and emphasized the need for teachers to work diligently in making studies more engaging for students.

He also mentioned the Chief Minister Mewat Student Talent Recognition Scheme, initiated by the Mewat Development Agency (MDA), which aims to encourage meritorious students. Under this scheme, students from the general category scoring over 90% in Class 10 will receive a financial incentive of ₹51,000 per student, while those from the Scheduled Caste (SC) category will be awarded ₹1,11,000 per student.

Additionally, students will benefit from the Chief Minister Mewat Scholarship Scheme after Class 12 to support higher education.

DC Meena instructed principals to widely publicize these schemes among students and parents, and to ensure maximum enrolment in their institutions. He reiterated that the district administration is committed to delivering quality education across the region.
