NDMC to Organize its Suvidha Camp at NDCC Convention Centre on Saturday, 5th July

NEW DELHI, 02 JUNE : New Delhi Municipal Council (NDMC) will hold its upcoming Suvidha Camp on Saturday, 05th July 2025, at the NDCC Convention Centre, Jai Singh Road (near Palika Kendra), New Delhi, from 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM.

The Suvidha Camp is a part of NDMC’s citizen outreach initiative, aimed at providing information, facilitation and grievance redressal for a wide range of municipal services.

Residents, service users, RWAs (Resident Welfare Associations), MTAs (Market Traders Associations) and NDMC employees—both serving and retired are encouraged to attend the Suvidha Camp to resolve concerns related to:

  • Electricity connections (new, disconnection, load enhancement/reduction, name change/transfer)
  • Property tax
  • Birth and death certificates
  • Service matters for NDMC employees
  • Water logging and sanitation issues
  • Waste disposal and road repairs
  • Pension schemes (widow, old age, disabled)
  • Booking of Barat Ghars and public parks and other NDMC services

Helpdesks from various NDMC departments will be available to assist citizens directly and efficiently.

The Suvidha Camp is held regularly on the first Saturday of every month at the NDCC Convention Centre to promote transparent, responsive and citizen-friendly governance.

Jan Suvidha Portal – Digital Grievance Redressal

In addition to physical Suvidha Camps, NDMC has also launched the “Jan Suvidha Portal”, a digital, contactless platform for submitting grievances, tracking their status and providing feedback on resolution quality.
