The Impressive TimesNew Delhi, 16 APRIL 2025: Senior IAS officer Kundan Kumar, currently serving as the Resident Commissioner of the Government of Bihar and Managing Director of Bihar Industrial Area Development Authority (BIADA), has been given additional charge as the Managing Director of the Infrastructure Development Authority (IDA) on Tuesday.
With this new responsibility, Kundan Kumar will now lead both BIADA and IDA. While at BIADA he has been overseeing initiatives related to industrial development and investment promotion in the state, his role at IDA will focus on the effective implementation of infrastructure projects across Bihar.
This dual leadership is expected to bring greater synergy between industrial development and infrastructure expansion in the state.
