THE BOOTLEGGER LADY WAS SELLING ILLICIT LIQUOR FROM SHOP AT MOHAMMEDPUR/PS S.J. ENCLAVE & TOTAL 68 QUARTERS OF ENGLISH ILLICIT LIQUOR & 78 BEER BOTTLES RECOVERED.
THE DRUG PEDDLER WAS SELLING NARCOTICS SUBTANCE I.E. GANJA AT KIRBI PALACE JHUGGI/PS DELHI CANTT & TOTAL 200 GRAMS OF CONTRABAND SUBSTANCE GANJA RECOVERED FROM HIS POSSSSION.
The team of ANTF, South West District had arrested one drug peddler & one bootlegger lady namely Pinku S/o Laddu R/o Village Kairunchagpuri, District Jalpaigudi, West Bengal, Age 45 years & L R/o Village Dimapur, Nagaland, Present Address: Age 25 years. With their apprehension, total 68 quarters of English illicit liquor, 78 beer bottles & 200 grams of contraband substance Ganja were recovered from their possession.
INCIDENT, TEAM & OPERATION:
To curb the sale, supply & storage of Drugs & illicit liquor in jurisdiction of South-West District, a dedicated team of ANTF comprising of HC Sunder & HC Sandeep was constituted under the leadership of Insp. Gajendra Singh, I/C Anti-Narcotics Task Force/SWD & under overall guidance of Sh. Vijay Singh, ACP/Operations/South West District, Delhi. The team developed information regarding active drug peddlers & bootleggers & patrols and performs checking in the area during odd hours to keep a random check on such illegal activities.
On 08.04.2025, the team of ANTF received secret information regarding sale of illicit Ganja at Kirbi Palace Jhuggi in PS Delhi Cantt area. After confirmation, the team laid a trap near Kirbi Palace Jhuggi, and at around 04:00 PM, the suspect came there to sell the Ganja in a white polyethene bag. The alert team apprehended the person with Ganja and on enquiry his name was revealed as Pinku S/o Laddu R/o Village Kairunchagpuri, District Jalpaigudi, West Bengal, Age 45 years. On checking, total 200 grams of contraband substance Ganja was recovered from polyethene bag. Accordingly, a case vide FIR No. 88/25 u/s 20 NDPS Act was registered at PS Delhi Cantt & accused Pinku was arrested in the case.
On 09.04.2025, secret information was received regarding sale of illicit liquor from his shop at Mohammadpur in PS S.J. Enclave area. After final confirmation, the team reached Mohammadpur Village & recovered 68 quarters of English illicit liquor & 78 beer bottlers were recovered from Shop No. *, Humayunpur. Accordingly, a case vide FIR No. 153/2025 u/s 33 Delhi Excise Act was registered at PS S.J. Enclave, Delhi and recovered illicit liquor was seized. Owner cum seller namely L R/o Village Dimapur, Nagaland, Present Address: Humayunpur, Age 25 years was arrested in the present case.

1. Accused Pinku S/o Laddu R/o Village Kairunchagpuri, District Jalpaigudi, West Bengal, Age 45 years.
2. Accused lady L R/o Village Dimapur, Nagaland, Present Address: Humayunpur, Age 25 years.
RECOVERY:
1. Total 68 quarters of English illicit liquor.
2. 78 beer bottles.
3. Total 200 grams of contraband substance Ganja.
Further investigation is being carried out to ascertain the source and supply network of illicit liquor & Ganja.
