Raksha Mantri Addresses Senior Indian Army Leadership at Army Commanders’ Conference

New Delhi, April 4, 2025 – Defence Minister Rajnath Singh addressed the senior leadership of the Indian Army on the third day of the Army Commanders’ Conference, held from April 1-4, 2025, in New Delhi. The conference is a biannual high-level event, where the Army’s top leadership deliberates on security challenges, modernization, and strategic planning.
