The Northern Railway’s Principal Chief Commercial Manager (PCOM), Mr. Nar Singh, honored employees of the Commercial Department for their outstanding work. Senior officials from the Commercial Department were also present at the event.
The PCOM instructed the ticket-checking staff, parcel staff, and booking staff to perform their duties with dedication, promptness, and integrity to ensure that passengers do not face any inconvenience. He directed the ticket-checking staff to diligently carry out their duties to ensure strict action against ticketless travelers.
Additionally, he emphasized enhancing the role of checking staff in crowd management at railway stations. He instructed the entire Commercial Department to ensure that no tasks remain pending and that all work is completed within the stipulated timeframe.
Northern Railway is continuously striving to encourage its Commercial Department employees to provide excellent service and improve facilities for railway passengers.
