New Delhi, March 17, 2025- Delhi Chief Minister Mrs. Rekha Gupta held a crucial meeting today with the Members of Parliament (MPs) from Delhi to discuss the “Viksit Delhi Budget 2025.” The primary objective of this meeting was to incorporate the suggestions of MPs to ensure the holistic development of the capital and to accelerate the implementation of development projects with the support of the Central Government.
After the meeting, Chief Minister Rekha Gupta stated that the “Viksit Delhi Budget 2025” is not just a document of statistics but a roadmap for a brighter future for every citizen of Delhi. She emphasized that the upcoming budget will focus on modern infrastructure, a clean environment, quality education, better healthcare facilities, and new employment opportunities. The government’s aim is to make Delhi not only the leading city in India but also to position it as a global metropolis where every citizen has access to better opportunities and world-class infrastructure.
Highlighting the significance of the meeting, the Chief Minister said, “We have taken a major step forward by engaging with Delhi’s MPs today. During the meeting, various aspects of the ‘Viksit Delhi Budget’ were discussed, and the MPs shared their perspectives on critical areas of development.”
