SCHOLARS PRIDE SCHOOL CELEBRATES ANNUAL DAY 2024 WITH “CHETNA – THE HEART STRINGS”

Scholars Pride, Sector-16, celebrated its Annual Function on 22nd December 2024, at the school campus with the mesmerizing cultural play, Chetna – The Heart Strings.

The theme of this year’s event, Chetna – The Heart Strings, symbolized the awakening of young minds, inspiring them to harness their potential and make meaningful contributions to society. The event was a grand showcase of students’ academic excellence and cultural creativity, celebrating holistic development.

The program commenced with an introduction by the School Captain, followed by a warm welcome to the Chief Guest, Sardar S. S. Banga, with a green planter. The event began on a harmonious note with an orchestra performance, the traditional lamp-lighting ceremony, and a captivating Ganesh Vandana.

A vibrant welcome song and dance infused energy into the audience, after which the Principal, Ms. Rachna Juneja, presented the Annual Report, highlighting the school’s achievements. Scholars Pride initiated the first edition of annual school magazine, ‘Scholars Wings’ under the guidance of Director (P&D) Ms. Puneeta Chouhan. The release of the school magazine showcased the students’ creativity. The Prize Distribution Ceremony, conducted in two phases, honoured academic and sports achievers.

The skit Chetna struck an emotional chord with the audience, while the Chief Guest’s inspiring speech motivated everyone. Students enthralled the audience with their thematic cultural performance, evoking admiration from the dignitaries, who also felicitated meritorious students for their exceptional accomplishments at national and international levels.

Hon’ble Director, Dr. Mahesh Sachdeva, commended the students’ performances and lauded the dedication of the staff. The evening concluded with blessings from the Director, a grand finale dance, and a heartfelt vote of thanks by the Head Boy and Head Girl. The program culminated with the National Anthem, leaving a lasting impression on all attendees.
