The officials should ensure the completion of important projects within time: DS Dhesi

Faridabad, February 20,2024: D.S. Dhesi, chief advisor (Urban Development) to CM Manohar Lal, said that all the development projects running in the district are very important. The officials should ensure that all the projects are completed within the scheduled time because all these projects are directly affecting the welfare of the people. He said that every department should do its best to complete their part of project within the stipulated time. He said that the projects running in the district are scheduled on the basis of projections of population for the year 2031.

Dhesi was addressing the officials during a review meeting of the development projects called by him at mini secretariat Faridabad. Officials present in the meeting included CEO FMDA A. Srinivas, Deputy Commissioner Vikram Singh, Administrator HSVP Dr. Garima Mittal, ADC Anand Sharma along with officials of various departments. He reviewed different projects respectively being taken care of by FMDA, MCF, HSVP and Smart City. The points discussed in the meeting included matters of laying off and repairs of roads, extension of water distribution project, master sewerage project, repair of sewage treatment plant and the treatment of the waste water, projects related to engineering etc. He also enquired the development work on Delhi-Mumbai expressway, Jewar Expressway etc.
