Hyderabad, May 17 , 2024 : Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat-I, an all-India camp, is currently underway at CMR College of Engineering & Technology, Medchal, from May 14 to 25. The Deputy Director General, AP & Telangana Directorate, Air Commodore V M Reddy, addressed six hundred cadets from the AP & Telangana and Rajasthan Directorates on Friday. At the outset, the DDG welcomed the cadets, especially those from the Rajasthan Directorate, to the EBSB All India Camp. He expressed hope that the cadets would enjoy their stay, learn about the various customs, traditions, and languages of AP & Telangana, and exchange their customs and traditions. While interacting with the cadets, Air Commodore V M Reddy shared unforgettable experiences from his tenure in Rajasthan, highlighting the cultural and traditional similarities between Rajasthan and Telangana. He noted several similarities in the cultures, clothing, and lineage of many tribes in Rajasthan and Telangana. The Air Commodore also spoke a few sentences in the Rajasthani language, which was met with cheers from the Rajasthan cadets. After his speech, Air Commodore V M Reddy joined a tea party with the cadets and interacted with media personnel in detail. He emphasized the significance of the camp during his discussion with the media and provided a few glimpses of the training activities conducted at the camp. Air Commodore V M Reddy also inspected the cadets’ living quarters and expressed his satisfaction with the facilities provided.
