Nashik IT Firm Case Triggers Political Storm After HR Arrest

Nashik: The arrest of a Human Resources (HR) official in a shocking case involving alleged sexual exploitation and forced religious conversion at an IT company in Nashik has sparked a political controversy, with opposition parties questioning administrative oversight and workplace safety mechanisms.

Police have so far arrested seven individuals in connection with the case, including the company’s HR official. Investigators allege that multiple complaints by women employees regarding harassment and coercion were ignored, raising serious concerns about corporate accountability and internal grievance redressal systems.
