Ezhimala, November 6, 2025: The Grand Finale of the Indian Navy Quiz – THINQ 25 concluded on a high note at the Indian Naval Academy (INA), Ezhimala on 5th November 2025. The event witnessed an atmosphere of excitement and pride as Admiral Dinesh K. Tripathi, Chief of the Naval Staff, graced the ceremony as the Chief Guest.
Themed “MAHASAGAR”, the 2025 edition of THINQ celebrated India’s vast maritime heritage while encouraging young minds to explore the world of knowledge, innovation, and oceanic awareness.
From thousands of participants nationwide, 16 schools advanced to the semi-finals after multiple rounds representing the North, South, East, and West Zones. Out of these, the top eight teams qualified for the Grand Finale, competing fiercely for the coveted THINQ-25 Trophy in a battle of intellect and teamwork.

In an impressive finish, Jayshree Periwal High School, Jaipur clinched the Champion’s title, while PM Shri Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya, Samastipur secured the Runner-up position, bringing THINQ-25 to a memorable conclusion.
Addressing the gathering, Admiral Tripathi lauded the young quizzers for their enthusiasm, awareness, and sharp intellect. He highlighted the importance of nurturing curiosity and innovation among India’s youth — essential qualities for shaping the nation’s future maritime thinkers and leaders.
The finale was live-streamed on the Indian Navy’s official YouTube and Facebook pages, drawing enthusiastic participation and viewership from schools, naval institutions, and maritime enthusiasts across the country.
As the curtains close on THINQ-25, the Indian Navy looks ahead to THINQ-26, continuing its mission to inspire young minds to explore, engage, and excel in the ever-expanding ocean of knowledge.
