Faridabad Police conducts Tree Plantation Drive in honour of Police Martyrs

Tribute paid to fallen heroes under Police Martyrs’ Pakhwada (Fortnight) observed from October 21 to 31

Faridabad: As part of the Police Martyrs’ Pakhwada (Fortnight) being observed from October 21 to 31 under the initiative of the Haryana Government, the Faridabad Police organized a tree plantation drive on October 23 across all police stations, outposts, the Police Lines, and police offices.

A police spokesperson informed that October 21 is observed as Police Commemoration Day, and in continuation of the fortnight-long observance, saplings were planted across all police premises in the city.

Commissioner of Police Satendra Kumar Gupta and Joint Commissioner of Police Rajesh Duggal planted saplings at the Commissioner’s Office premises in Sector 21C, paying tribute to the police martyrs. All police personnel from the office were present on the occasion.
