Women Cell initiative provides practical training and promotes self-employment among girl students
The Impressive TimesPalwal: A Weekly Beauty Skill Development Workshop is being organised at Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Government College, Palwal. The workshop has been initiated by the college’s Women Cell under the directions of Principal Dr. Tarun. Renowned beauty expert Archana Pandey is conducting the training sessions.
During the workshop, students are being given detailed information on facial, manicure, pedicure, hairstyling, and natural beauty tips. Live demonstrations were also conducted to ensure practical learning. Addressing the students, Archana Pandey said that girls can generate employment in the beauty industry with minimal investment, making it a relevant and necessary career option in the present time. The inauguration of the workshop was attended by Women Cell In-charge Pinky, Dr. Anita Mishra, Nisha Rani, Dr. Deepika, Sarita Devi, Savita, and other staff members.
