New Delhi, September 30, 2025 — Union Home Minister and Minister of Cooperation, Amit Shah, expressed deep grief over the demise of former Member of Parliament and senior leader Vijay Kumar Malhotra. Paying floral tributes to the departed leader’s mortal remains in New Delhi, Shah remembered him as a towering figure who played a pivotal role in shaping and expanding the party organization.

In his message, Amit Shah said he was deeply pained by the loss of Vijay Kumar Malhotra Ji, who made invaluable contributions as the State Party President of Delhi, Leader of Opposition in the Delhi Assembly, and as a public representative. “He served the nation and the people of Delhi in every role with dedication,” Shah stated.
He further recalled that in every interaction, he gained valuable insights from Malhotra Ji on organizational matters. “Vijay Kumar Malhotra Ji not only strengthened the party’s organization in Delhi but also prioritized resolving public issues throughout his career,” Shah said.

Offering condolences, the Union Home Minister said that in this hour of grief, the entire party family stands firmly with the bereaved family. He prayed to the Almighty to grant peace to the departed soul and strength to the family to bear this irreparable loss.
