Brussels, March 16: India’s External Affairs Minister Subrahmanyam Jaishankar met Cyprus Foreign Minister Constantinos Kombos in Brussels on Monday, where the two leaders held discussions on strengthening bilateral ties and exchanging views on regional and global issues.
During the meeting, both sides explored ways to deepen cooperation between India and Cyprus across various sectors, including trade, connectivity and people-to-people exchanges. The leaders also reviewed progress in ongoing collaboration and reaffirmed their commitment to expanding the partnership.
The talks took place on the sidelines of diplomatic engagements in Brussels and also included discussions on developments in Europe and the broader international situation.
Both ministers emphasised the importance of continued dialogue and cooperation to enhance relations between the two countries and address emerging global challenges.
