Amitabh Bachchan Tries to Master Instagram at 82, Leaves Fans Gushing Over His Adorable Attempt

The megastar’s candid video of learning how to use Instagram has won the internet, with fans calling it the "cutest grandpa moment ever."

Mumbai, July 30, 2025 – At 82, Amitabh Bachchan continues to surprise and delight his fans—not with a film role this time, but with a humble, humorous attempt to learn Instagram. The Bollywood legend shared a candid video on Tuesday in which he’s seen figuring out how to post content on the platform, earning widespread affection from fans who dubbed it “the cutest video on the internet today.”

Wearing an orange jacket and a matching bandana, the legendary actor appears both focused and amused as he addresses the camera:

“So, I am just going to educate on how to work Instagram and I hope it works.”

Despite being one of the most followed Indian celebrities on social media, Bachchan admitted he’s still learning the ropes. The video had no caption—but it didn’t need one. Fans instantly flooded the comments with love and laughter.

One fan wrote, “Learning has no age limit, and you’re living proof!” Another said, “You’re giving serious grandpa feels, sir. So adorable!” One even shared, “Carbon copy of my dad trying to use reels. Love you, Bachchan ji!”

The ‘Grandpa’ Feels Are Real

The video struck a universal chord: viewers found the megastar’s curiosity relatable and inspiring. With comments like “He’s reminding me of my grandfather” and “OMG, how could anyone be this cute?”, it’s clear that Big B’s audience spans generations—and so does his charm.

He will return for the Kalki sequel, shooting for which begins in December 2025.
