New Delhi, February 18, 2026: As the national capital plays host to the high-profile AI Impact Summit, Prime Minister Narendra Modi articulated India’s strategic roadmap for emerging as a leading force in the global artificial intelligence ecosystem.

In a conversation with news agency Asian News International (ANI), the Prime Minister emphasised that India stands at the intersection of technological innovation, demographic strength, and responsible governance — factors that uniquely position the country to shape the future of AI worldwide.
